Jimmy Martin
CEO and Technical Director
Jimmy founded AMCS in 2003. Prior to this he worked with Analog Devices in Limerick, Ireland for 10 years. In this time he developed a complete Automation Solution for Analog Devices Submicron FAB and also headed up the Automation and Manufacturing Engineering Group. Jimmy holds a First Class Honours Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Trinity College Dublin, and a MS in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick.
Austin Ryan
Business Development Director
Austin Ryan co-founded AMCS in 2003 and is responsible for AMCS Business Developments. In this role Austin is involved with technology, market, and client-focused product research. Before joining AMCS, Austin worked with Ericsson Telecommunications on a variety of Research and Development, Broadband, and 3G projects, taking him throughout Ireland, Sweden, Germany, and South Africa. Austin holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
David McNeill
General Manager
David McNeill joined the company in 2008 and is General Manager with AMCS Medical. Prior to joining AMCS, David spent eight years in the Electronics and Medical Device Industries, where he held a wide variety of Engineering, Supervisory and Project Leader Roles. David holds an Honors B.S. in Physics and Electronics from University College Galway, a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Law from Honorable Society of Kings Inns, and is currently studying for an Executive MBA at University College Cork.
Maureen Hallinan
Quality Manager
Maureen joined the AMCS Leadership Team in November 2007 and focuses entirely on all aspects of AMCS Quality Delivery and Customer Satisfaction. Prior to joining AMCS, Maureen spent 17 years in the electronics industry, in a variety of roles in Engineering and Production Management. Maureen has a B.S.C. in Physics from University College, Galway, Ireland. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Microelectronics from University College Cork and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Commercial Management.
Dr. Eamon Hynes
New Technology Development Manager
Dr. Eamon Hynes joined the company in February 2007 and is New Technology Development Manager with AMCS. Eamon has led important new AMCS Technology Developments and Field Deployments that were successfully deployed to the medical and industrial sectors. Prior to joining AMCS, Eamon spent 20 years in the Electronics Industry where he held wide variety of Engineering Management and Project Leader roles in the United States, Ireland, Japan and Taiwan. Eamon holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin. Eamon also holds a MS and PhD in Electronics and Sensor Technology, from University College Cork.
Kevin Ryan
Financial Controller
Kevin has served as the Financial Controller for AMCS since 2007. Kevin has extensive experience in financial and management accounting, as well as overall financial planning and business best practices. Prior to joining AMCS, Kevin spent 17 years in a variety of financial roles and as a Financial Controller with Precision Castparts Corporation formally known as SPS Hi-Life Tools in Ireland. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a B.B.S. from the University of Limerick.
